New Member Orientation
New Member Orientation is your first step in understanding all that SABOR has to offer and how you can best be utilizing the many tools at your disposal as a member. Orientation is generally held the third Wednesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the SABOR Auditorium. These sessions fill quickly. Please register by calling (210) 593-1200.

Where is New Member Orientation held?

New Member Orientation is held at SABOR located at 9110 IH 10 West.

When is New Member Orientation?

New Member Orientation is typically once a month on a Wednesday. However, this is subject to change so please check the SABOR member calendar for updates or contact Member Care at support@sabor.com.

What is the schedule for New Member Orientation?

Breakfast and registration begin at 8:30 a.m. with the program starting at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be approximately 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on your own. The afternoon Ethics session will be 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. To view the agenda, click here.

What will I learn at orientation?

Orientation touches on the many departments of SABOR and informs you of how you can best use the resources available to you from the Board to be a success.

How should I dress for orientation?

This is a great opportunity to network and meet others you will likely work with on a transaction in the future. We recommend business casual attire.

Do I need to bring anything?

Plan to bring extra business cards you can pass out to others in attendance as well as paper, tablet or laptop for taking notes.

Are breakfast and lunch provided?

Breakfast is provided; however, lunch is on your own. There are a number of restaurant options around SABOR and there is also a lounge on-site if you prefer to bring your lunch.

Is orientation mandatory?

Yes, orientation is mandatory for REALTORS® and must be taken within 90 days of joining SABOR.
