Housing Forecast is in January every year. This is SABOR’s largest event of the year with over 1,000 in attendance. The 2021 event was virtual and featured leading industry economists and speakers from around the country.
Facebook Live Series is every Monday (except holidays and other special circumstances) at 10:00 a.m. Hosted by SABOR’s CEO, they will feature a new guest each week covering industry and community topics of interest for members. Click here to view sponsorship opportunities.
Boerne Road Show is a two-hour virtual event that features presentations from city leaders. The cost to sponsor is $250 and includes the sponsor logo on marketing materials and 2-minute speaking time at the beginning of the program.
YPN’s Tech Summit features a variety of tech experts from around the country. Expected attendance is 50-75.
YPN has several networking events and informative webinars throughout the year aimed at new agents.
Designated Broker/Manager Meetings happen a couple of times a year and are open to brokers and managers to attend and features important updates from SABOR. The cost to sponsor is $250.
Previewing Legislative Session Webinar features state elected officials from the Bexar County delegation as they discuss the issues facing San Antonio and Texas in the lead-up to the 87th Legislative Session. The cost to sponsor is $250 and includes the sponsor logo on marketing materials and 2-minute speaking time at the beginning of the program.
International Day Summit is a 3-hour virtual event hosted by the Global Business Council. The event will include presentations from speakers about working in global real estate markets and what members need to know.
REALTOR® Builder New Homes Tour for TREPAC is an annual event that introduces members to new home communities.
SABOR’s Awards and Installation will be virtual this year in December and is our annual event in which we honor the year’s award winners and install our incoming Board leadership. More details to come.
Classes (CE and Designation/Certification) with the REALTOR® Academy vary in length and attendance and are offered multiple times a month. Advertising commitment is to one single class, with the option to advertise at multiple classes if you choose. Note that classes are all virtual at this time.
Charitable events are scheduled throughout the year with our Charities of Choice, SAMMinistries and the San Antonio Food Bank.
Appreciation baskets are put together by SABOR in partnership with the REALTOR® Image and Community Outreach Committee. Baskets are delivered to first responders and SABOR shares a photo on social media with your company name.
TREPAC events include a 5K Fun Run (pending), Trivia for TREPAC, holiday events, and more.
Legislative meetings and events feature local government officials.
