In an effort to maintain the accuracy of MLS data, you can expect to see changes in the listing validation notification process starting on September 27. Agents with listing violations will be notified of warnings and errors through a pop-up notice in the MLS. The system will proactively scan the public/private remarks and direction fields, while also enforcing the review of warnings and errors. Errors will need to be fixed before a listing can go live.
This new notification process will help enhance the overall experience with the MLS, while maintaining data accuracy, and making it easier to correct violations. If you have any questions regarding these notification changes, contact email@example.com.
