Be reminded that Friday, November 8 is the last day to provide notice of auction items that will contain alcohol for the TREPAC Gingerbread Contest.
SABOR is required to obtain a temporary TABC permit and provide advanced written notice to Texas REALTORS® before each silent auction when alcoholic beverages are auctioned.
Remember that your donated items should be reported on the “Donated Items Form.” SABOR keeps a record of all donations to monitor an aggregate of total contributions per individual.
Auction items can range from a variety of desirable items like original artwork to handmade jewelry. Only those who can legally invest in TREPAC may donate or purchase auction items.
Drop off your items with a completed donation form at the front desk or at the GAD Suites (2nd floor) Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
